Audi practical guide

Task:

SNOOK Frankfurt was tasked with the development of a practical guide for Audi dealers. Topic: the proper presentation of accessories and Audi original parts at point of sale. This is a real “home game” for us as an automotive aftersales and retail specialist.

Objective:

A uniform and strategically meaningful presentation of accessories and Audi original parts for all Audi dealers.

Implementation:

In the 24-page brochure, we dedicated the first chapter to making dealers aware of the large potential in accessories and parts sales. We supported the argumentation with short model calculations and testimonials about successes in practice.

The main part of the brochure comprises the guide for optimal presentation of accessories and Audi original parts in four areas: shops, direct reception, service consulting shop and showroom cars. In the guide, we provide recommendations on strategic shop display with attention to seasonal requirements, clear and explicit price displays as well as opportunities during new car sales – and service processes.

The practical guide was rounded off with useful checklists for annual planning and the presentation of accessories and Audi original parts at point of sale.

We were really able to enjoy ourselves during the photoshoot in Ingolstadt for the brochure images. We turned the typical dealership upside down and for two days, we photographed an optimally designed display for the shop, direct reception, service consulting shop and car showroom.  We infused the brochure with passion through an exciting series of images that accompanies the customer on their way through the various touch points.
